I prefer before because sometimes afterwards the acids in my stomach try to push them up into my throat. In fact, I'm sure many vitamin labels probably read that it's best to take with food. For awhile I was taking Iron supplements and was warned to be sure to eat before taking because it could make me nauseated.<br /><br />Thanks for visiting yesterday! That's probably why I don't take them unless I'm pregnant. It's funny that you won't throw them away. That sounds like something my husband would do!
