I find that French toast and scrambled eggs don't take any longer than oatmeal. And I usually offer fruit as a side. I kind of hate cooking because I do it SO MUCH. Three meals plus snacks gets exhausting, but I always make a quick proper breakfast :) Whole grain French toast if my favorite because it's pretty healthy and the protein from the egg is filling. I've been doing ...Does she like savory at all? I've been doing savory oatmeal and it's my favorite! Oatmeal with cheese and some kind of breakfast meat. (I start plain steel cut oatmeal using chicken broth instead of water when I first wake up and let it bubble while I get ready then add in some cheese and precooked meat if I have it at the end.)
