Lot's of things have popped in mind, pancakes are easy but not nutritious... fruit is yummy but not filling enough... toast is basically a sandwich. And keep in mind we're Americans living in The Netherlands, a lot of the convenient American breakfast food like Pop-Tarts aren't readily available here (and not exactly healthy either).
I'm curious what do you feed your kids before school?
